För läsåret 2011/12:
- To increase the capacity to 1600 students without any negative impact on quality and costs per student.
För läsåret 2010/11:
- To provide the opportunity for quality learning to 1200 students and to have at least 65 successful senior High school graduates.
- Graduation exam rate of > 92%
- Drop-out rate < 10%
- To maintain the well-qualified teachers (pay salaries regularly) and offer spaces for their professional development.
- To sponsor all Pre-school (Grade 1-x) and Kindergarten students as well as at least 50 students from poor backgrounds.
- To train 50 teachers and about 100 peer educators in theory and practical methods to raise awareness about human rights and democracy.
- Total cost per student < 110 USD/year
Långsiktiga mål:
- To equip the school with more financial sustainability through the creation of income-generating activities.
- To work towards the integration of human rights, democracy and HIV education in the national Liberian curriculum, and function as a model for other schools in this regard.
- To raise the number of girls who graduate from Senior Highschool.
- To positively influence gender questions in the school’s environment, such as a decrease in domestic violence, teenage pregnancy and marriage.
- To operate efficiently a quality education school at low costs
